Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation over the phone to help you determine if we’re a good fit. You can book your free consultation.

I offer both in-person and virtual appointments, which can all be booked online  . If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email at [email protected].

An initial session is 75 minutes and costs $185. Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes and cost $150.

Many third-party insurers cover counselling and therapy provided by a Nurse Psychotherapist. That being said, please always check with your insurance provider to confirm.
